  11. My ISP uses Courier V.Everything modems.  I can consistently get connections 
  12. at 28.8 with the MegaHertz 28.8 modem in my laptop.  I rarely manage to 
  13. connect at 28.8 with my Motorola Power 28.8 (using the same telephone line as 
  14. with the laptop).  I have done the Power 4 upgrade.

  16. Can anyone suggest particular settings that I may want to use with the 
  17. Motorola modem to get better connections?
